Thermal Stresses In A Circular Plate With Moving Heat Source

Abstract

This article deals with the problem of dynamic thermal stresses in a circular plate by a moving heat
source subject to certain boundary conditions. Solutions and numerical results are obtained for the
temperature distribution, displacement function and stress components. Numerical results are given
and illustrated graphically.
