Research Of Characteristics And Analysis Of Calculations Of Optoelectronic Hydrometers Of Automatic Control
Abstract
This scientific article considers the calculation of optoelectronic moisture meters for automatic control systems. The main element of optoelectronic moisture meters is a semiconductor emitter. The calculation of optoelectronic moisture meters is reduced to the selection and coordination of the operating modes of the LED and the photo detector. The choice of an LED is primarily made according to the spectral characteristics of the controlled object. Selection of the wavelengths of the reference and measurement LEDs depending on the range of moisture measurement, followed by correction for the absorption band of a specific moisture-containing material.
The characteristics of optoelectronic moisture meters for textile materials are investigated. The principles of calculation are given that are acceptable for pulse moisture meters. And also for a functional scan from the side of the photo detector.
