Ai Integrated With Iot And Block Chain For Production Cycle In Manufacturing Industries

Abstract

In recent times, the transformational technologies namely, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and blockchain reinvent major features of production cycle in manufacturing industries. With cloud computing services, the production monitoring gains major advantages to have a complete view of entire machines in the factory. To anticipate the performance of each equipment and security of data in cloud, in this paper, we introduce the combination of IoT, AI and blockchain. The IoT devices are enabled to monitor the machines and equipment. The AI technology is enabled with a deep learning algorithm to check the performance of each machines and equipment. The blockchain technology connects all the IoT devices with cloud in the form of blocks and it enables security across all IoT devices while the industry undergoes production process. The validation confirms the successful integration of all the technologies and successful production process by reporting the performance of each device.
