Clinically Significant Immunological Indicators In Cardiomyopathies In Children

Abstract

- The article presents the results of studies of 163 patients with cardiomyopathies.
As a result of the research, it was revealed that in children with cardiomyopathies there is
an increase in the level of TNF-?, VEGF, interleukins (IL-1 and IL-6), which directly
depend on the stage of heart failure and hypoxia and determine the intensity of myocardial
remodeling processes. In children with dilated cardiomyopathy, there is a direct
dependence of the degree of LV dilatation on the level of interleukins IL-1 and IL-6, enddiastolic size on the concentration of IL-1, and an inverse relationship between the
parameter of the expulsion fraction and IL-6.
