Diagnostics And Treatment Of Early IntraAbdominal Complications After Cholecystectomy
Abstract
The issues of surgical treatment of destructive forms of acute obstructive
calculous cholecystitis are currently an acute problem of modern medicine due to the
steady increase in the number of this pathology and the continuing high mortality rates.
The Aim of this work is to improve the results of treatment of early intra-abdominal
complications after cholecystectomy by using modern methods of surgical correction. the
issues of diagnosis and effective treatment of early intra-abdominal complications after
cholecystectomies are still relevant and require further development. Surgical tactics in
this category of patients is determined on the basis of a comprehensive examination,
which includes general clinical, laboratory and special instrumental research methods.
Surgical treatment of postoperative early intra-abdominal complications in these patients
is carried out by minimally invasive and open interventions, the timing and volume of
which depends on the type and nature of the established postoperative pathology
