Assessment Of The Morphological And Functional State Of The Liver In Toxic Hepatitis

Abstract

The activity of cytochrome oxidase in toxic lesions of the liver parenchyma is shown in
this study. It was revealed that with liver damage at different periods of toxic hepatitis
they lead to inhibition of cytochrome oxidase. The coefficient level corresponding to a
certain amount of damaged (or intact) liver parenchyma has been established.
