Dynamics Of Neuropsychological Disorders In Patients With Light Cranio-Brain Injury
Abstract
The issues of neuropsychological disorders of the past mild traumatic brain
injury as one of the most important medical and social problems are considered. The
degrees of cognitive and emotional-personality disorders are estimated using modern
neuropsychological scales. The results are related to the results of neuroimaging studies.
In patients with mild brain injury the degree of cognitive impairment was manifested by a
deep deficit depending on the type of injury and its duration in patients with traumatic
brain injury and traumatic encephalopathy.
The degree of cognitive impairment varies depending on the period of the disease, the
cognitive deficits are higher in the early and late recovery periods than in the acute periods
of the disease and this is evident in patients who have undergone brain damage.
In patients with mild brain injury the degree of cognitive impairment varies depending on
the individual-emotional impairment, cognitive defect has a direct correlation with
depression levels and anxiety levels do not lead to a deepening of congenital disorders.
In patients with mild brain injury the degree of neuropsychological disorders in the
dynamics does not always coincide with the results of neurovisual examination this is of
course the clinical manifestation of brain injury as well as is inextricably linked to each
period under investigation
