Difficulties Of Diagnostics And Surgical Treatment Of Gallstone Ileus

Abstract

An analysis of 27 clinical observations of gallstone ileus was performed. Their
epidemiological, morphological and clinical features were studied. A detailed analysis
revealed the variability of the clinical course of this pathology. The informational content
of the used diagnostic research methods was studied. Surgical tactics and the volume of
surgical intervention are analyzed.
