Abstract

Purpose of the study. To study and compare nucleolus migration in mammals.
Materials and methods: used mature rabbits weighing 2.5-3.0 kg (n = 6) and outbred white
rats weighing 180-200g (n = 26).
Results. A new phenomenon has been discovered in the liver of mammals — extrusion of
the nucleolus into the hepatocyte cytoplasm, which is stimulated by both drugs and partial
resection of the liver. The results of the studies show that the drug "Tuglizid" in the liver of
rabbits stimulates the extrusion of the nucleolus of hepatocytes, the liver resection in
experimental rats acts in the same way
