Morphofunctional Characteristics Of Metaepiphyseal Cartilage Of The Offspring Of Rats With Alloxan Sugar Diabetes

Abstract

The article presents the results of our own research on age-related changes in the
morphological and morphometric parameters of metaepiphyseal cartilage of rat tubular
bones in alloxan diabetes. An experimental study was performed on female rats and their
offspring. A morphological study of the mataepiphyseal cartilage of the tubular bones was
carried out at 7, 14, 30 and 60 days of life of offspring obtained from healthy individuals
and during pregnancy, in which it proceeded against the background of experimental
diabetes mellitus. As a result of the study, reliable data were obtained on the negative impact
of diabetes in offspring born from sick rats
