Determination Of Qualitative And Quantitative Indicators Of Lyofily Dried Water Extract Of Echinacea Purpurea
Abstract
An assortment analysis of hepatoprotective drugs of the Republic of Uzbekistan was
carried out according to the State Register of Medicines and Medical Products No. 23 for
2019. Based on local raw materials of Echinacea purpurea, an extract with
hepatoprotective action is proposed.
In the lyophilized dried aqueous extract of Echinacea purpurea, indicators such as ash,
total proteins, fatty acid composition, polysaccharide and amino acid composition were
studied, and the microbiological purity of the extract was determined. The studied extract
is characterized by the optimal content of total protein, as well as the content of such fatty
acids as palmitic, linoleic and stearic. A specific set of amino acids has been established,
consisting of 17 components, of which 9 are indispensable. The high content of the latter
indicates the biological value of the extract. In the polysaccharide hydrolyzate, the main
monosaccharides are uronic acids and arabinose.
