Development Of Effecient Methods Of Trees Pruning In Intensive Apple Gardens
Abstract
The studydiscusses the relationship between trees pruning and crown training methods in
the development and crop productivity of the Golden Delicious and Fuji apple varieties
grown on dwarf M-IX and medium-grown MM106 rootstocks, and provides scientifically
substantiated data.
The indicator of crop productivity of the Golden Delicious apple variety when using the
Sparse palmette method amounted 19.1 t / ha which was 3.62 t/ha higher than undicators
when using Spindle-bush method.
The highest indicators of crop productivity for the introduced Fuji was recorded when
using the Italian palmette. With this method, the crop yield can be increased from 17.7 t/ha
to 24.8 t/ha, which allows to obtain an additional yield of 3.6-4.1 t/ha compared to the
control option.
