Mobile application for the control and delivery of donations generated by companies or people, avoiding the circulation of people to claim contributions in open spaces during the health emergency caused by COVID-19 in Bogotá and Cundinamarca

Abstract

Some websites for the collection of economic resources are promoting social assistance through their platforms, undertaking the collection of funds for assistance against COVID-19, likewise the national government is proposing to offer applications, which in addition to being insufficient leave empty regarding the risk of resource diversion, lack of organization, ease of use and coverage.

Given this situation, an easy-to-use mobile application is proposed for the control and delivery of donations generated by companies or people, which prevents the movement of people to claim contributions in open spaces during the health emergency due to COVID-19 in Bogotá and Cundinamarca, which guarantees an information system that allows an adequate and equitable distribution, reduces the risk of resource diversion through social control and surveillance, with coverage at the district and departmental level.
