Computer systems for the digital transformation of administrative processes in small and medium-sized companies leather product companies, Bogotá-Colombia
Abstract
Information and communication technologies-ICTs have permeated all areas of the human being. Technological advances and innovation processes are expected to result in better quality of life conditions for individuals. This article presents an investigation on the analysis of the impact that ICTs have had on the production processes and services offered in the leather, footwear and leather goods sector, for this they will be considered theoretical references of technological diffusion and adoption of new technologies. To achieve the results, a mixed research method was applied, using on the one hand, group sessions, and on the other, through the application of surveys. The research not only hoped to contribute to the leather sector of the City of Bogotá, but also to contribute to the education sector in terms of understanding the impacts generated by ICTs in small and medium-sized companies - SMEs.
