Abstract
One of the main most notable problems that the situation that the world is going through with COVID-19 has generated, has been the one that impacts at a socio-economic level in each of the countries that the pandemic has touched. This, adding to the multiple factors derived from this eventuality for which no country was prepared, has generated a considerable impact not only in the health sector, but also in the micro-businesses of the countries, because in the midst of the crisis and in With a view to the protection of public health, a total closure was declared for those who do not fulfill an indispensable role in the midst of the eventuality, some opting to do work at home, that when their missionary approach allows it, but for those who do not, it should discuss how they can contribute not only to the current situation because it is going through but also how it generates economic, social and business growth.
The research was carried out with a mixed methodological approach (quantitative and qualitative), of a descriptive type of research, based on the gathering of information through virtual surveys with the results obtained in the tabulation of the surveys to be able to review the pertinent characteristics for the creation of a caring business model.
