Image Contrast Enhancement Using Arty-7 FPGA for Real Time Image processing
Abstract
The Adaptive Gamma correction weighted distribution is effective method for image enhancement. Currently adaptive gamma correction weighted distribution is effective technique with the help of the cumulative distribution function by using gray intensity histogram equalization .This can be effectively used for low contrast images. The Hardware Modified gamma correction using Arty-7 FPGA for contrast enhancement will reducing Power, Area and increased Speed. Our experiment results proved that PSNR is better than AGCWD traditional method both in simulation and hardware. This implementation is enhanced low contrast images in all digital images processing.
