Planning of Freight Transportation Network (FTN) in East Lombok Regency

Abstract

The development of freight operating facilities does not follow the increase in the movement of freight transport in East Lombok district are good, causing traffic snarl caused by mixed traffic, thus degrading the performance of the streets in East Lombok. It requires the need for proper preparation of freight operating facilities more effectively and efficiently. To increase the performance of road handling scenarios applied is to cross network settings and increase the streets' capacity that struck the transportation of goods. To determine the performance of road charging is carried out to handling scenarios, including the 2021 plan year. Based on the analysis performed, loading scenarios showed that the road widening network of freight traffic showed an increase in the road's performance, where the speed based on 46 km/h increasing to 53 km/h.
