Optimized Fruit Drying Method By Solar Energy

Abstract

This article is devoted to optimized fruit drying method by solar energy. This article discusses the problem of double drying of the fruit, the fact that the amount of water released from the dried fruit does not interfere with each other, the use of solar energy and the achievement of less time. On the basis of theoretical schemes developed for practical implementation, a model of the device was made and presented through detailed drawings. Experiments were performed to dry the fruit using solar energy using the device performed. An analysis of the results obtained is presented.
