Prospective study of the advice of teachers to manage a plan of studies by competences and sustainable

Abstract

The experience as a participant in The Advice Committee on Plans and Programs of Study for managing and advising the design and elaboration of a study plan and didactic sequences based on the competencies approach, is to talk about a practical work developed with professors of some faculties of bachelor`s degree programs at the Autonomous University of Guerrero. The activity involved giving advice through courses and workshops on the procedure to manage, (design and elaboration) a study plan and the didactic sequence. Some documents marked the guidelines for the advice were elaborated, such as, the methodology to elaborate the study plan, and the official formats to elaborate the plan and the didactic sequence. The results are satisfactory, Beltran et al., (2015), stated that until 2015, 56 bachelors´ degree study plans at AUG had been transformed from a total of 71, which represented 79% and 1377 teachers had been counseled. Having a competency curriculum allows it to be sustainable because it is based on the social context.
