Research Of Fire-Protective Efficiency Of Oligomeric Antipyrenes For Wood Materials
Abstract
Phosphorus, metal-containing organic substances are recommended as comonomers of industrial unsaturated monomers and oligomers for the production of polymeric and wood materials with low combustibility, can be effectively used both independently and together with the aim of obtaining highly effective flame retardants based on them. Synthesized new multifunctional oligomeric flame retardants ADzh-12 and ADzh-13 , based on phosphorus, metal-containing compounds, with the joint introduction of which into the oligomeric binders a synergistic effect is observed .Fire-retardant efficiencies on wood elements were investigated . Results of the study structure s ADzh-13 showed that the sample was 8.06% in the average weight loss, that is, nesting composition provides I group fire retardant efficiency. Results on the effects the impregnation for fire protection of wood and smoke-generating capability of wood .
The fire-retardant efficiency of the compositions ADzh-12 and ADzh-13, with weight loss, amounted to 7% and 8%. The intensity of smoke formation and the toxicity of combustion products depend on the degree of modification of the surface layer of wood. The substance that effectively suppresses smoke is metal-containing oligomers; during the pyrolysis stage, metal-containing components and organomagnesium compounds form heat-resistant compounds.
