An Awareness Of Mutual Fund Investors Towards Factors Relating To Mutual Fund Investment

Abstract

No investment is risk-free. If the stock market value declines the share value of mutual fund will go down. Investors meetless risk when they invest in mutual funds. This study is helpful to understand the awareness of mutual fund investorstowards mutual fund schemes. This study tells of an outlook of the mutual fund performances in the current market situation. The study hasmainly focused to analyze the motivation and awarenessof mutual fund investment schemes in Dindigul district. Primary data were collected with the help of questionnaire. It is also observed that there is a significant relationship between gender and motives to choose investment in Mutual Fund Schemes.
