Performance of Two Relay Networks with Mixed Modulation

Abstract

Relay networks enhances the overall system performance by extending communication coverage and removing shadowed area. In this paper we analyze performance of two relay networks by adopting mixed modulation scheme. We apply coherent and differential modulation scheme for each relay node. The performance is compared with the system using one modulation scheme. The effect of relay location depending on modulation scheme is investigated..
