Abstract

Objective: The present study is aimed To ascertain status of stakeholders management in MSME in New Delhi during covid-19, To identify and analyze the factors affecting needs and expectations of stakeholders in MSME and To identify & rank the factors that is affecting the stakeholder management process in MSME of New Delhi during covid-19.

Method: Descriptive method has been adopted for the research. Through the structured questionnaire using Likert scale, the data has been collected through online survey where research found 150 respondents as a sample size and regression analysis has been used in order to prove the significance of outcomes.

Findings: . This study focuses on a group of companies that fall into micro-, small and medium-sized categories, and which are commonly referred to as MSMEs because they account for around 6,11% of production of the GDP, 24.63% of the GDP in service operations and 33,4% of the production of India.

Practical Implication: This will somewhat improve India's BOP situation. New culture in India will be the work of the home concept. In the near future, this will increase the use of digital practice.

Conclusion: It is clear. India has already suffered from unemployment, and will continue to suffer. In each incident of life we learn something new, whether it is positive or negative. This is positive because India can analyse its potential from this pandemic. India is too dependent for the import of goods on other countries, and not on other countries, how India has addressed that by home procurement arrangements.
