A Survey on Cloud and Blockchain based Security algorithms and Implementations
Abstract
In the area of Cloud security, there are many scenarios where it faces many threats and challenges for effective cloud services. Cybercrime nowadays poses major threat to the Cloud users. It leads to the situation for preserving security over cloud computing and its service provisioning. Intruders find different ways to attack the cloud data. The attacks on the cloud data can pose challenge to different consequences to the individuals and organizations. The cloud data can be decentralized so that it can be safeguarded from the attacks. Here comes the advantage of Blockchain technology in order to preserve the integrity and achieve decentralization. Here we have made a survey on several security algorithms implemented in cloud security and elaborated in detail i.e., Security flaw in the deployment architecture, the support to industrial cloud data security. Some of the implementation approaches are the improved dynamic immune algorithm (IDIA), threat models to identify various threats on cloud, framework combining the architectures of cloud and Blockchain, Group signature schemes, Hypervisor level distributed network security (HLDNS) framework, feature extractions using Binary bat algorithm (BBA), HLDNS framework, Signature based attacks detection, Homomorphic encryption, MapReduce algorithm, Blockchain implementation in IOT, Working of smart contract especially for financial transactions, Privacy preservation strategies in Blockchain technology, Merkle Hash Tree (MHT), MediBchain, Consensus protocol.
