Empowering Brain Tumor Analysis using ConvNet with Deep Learning
Abstract
There is use of deep learning algorithm to make system aware of mechanism for bio mechanism in the field of medicines. In this paper we worked for brain tumor segmentation with the help of deep learning algorithm. As there is different shape as well as size for brain tumor, it very difficult to identify the brain tumor automatically from brain MRI scans. Improved deep learning helped in many ways to get the brain tumor segmented for complicated tumor too. In this paper we designed FCN (Fully Convolution Network) which is novel and simple algorithm with lowest runtime complexity compared to all state of art techniques. Proposed work is almost 18 times faster compared to the state of art techniques. And the accuracy of segmentation is much better than the existing techniques.
